The City Shopper features the same characteristics as the iconic City Clutch bag. Style and function merge in this compact coated calf leather shopper. Its roomy interior and multiple pockets make it an ideal bag for work and day. The front insert has a hidden card compartment for fast access. The interior has six practical pockets for your tablet, power adapter, wallet, glasses, phone, make-up bag, and a keychain for your keys. The elegant shoulder straps are longer to give you the needed freedom of movement.

HOW TO CLEAN
Gently rub the surface with a soft cloth to restore shine.
Smoothen the zipper with a zipper lubricant brush applicator

Only store in dry places, away from moisture, to keep hardware from tarnishing.

HOW TO CLEAN

Do a quick cleaning every other week, briskly sweeping your leather bag with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.

Once or twice a year, do a more thorough cleaning to remove dirt buildup.

Wipe down your leather bag with a Leather Spot Cleaner and Conditioner made specifically for leather.

To clean dirt, buildup and other surface contaminants, apply a small amount onto a lint-free cloth. Rub in a circular motion until fully coated. Dry for 1 hour. Apply more coats if needed. Let cure for 24 hours.

HOW TO STORE
Store it stuffed and upright, in a dust bag to keep its shape.

If your product needs repair, please email us at support@jessica-joyce.com with photos and a description of the product issue. If possible, please also include the original order number so we can easily reference the order.

Warranty

Because we believe in the quality of our products, Jessica Joyce is proud to offer a 1 year warranty.

When possible, we believe in repairing rather than replacing products that need service in order to extend the product’s life and keep products out of landfills. For any manufacturing defects during the warranty period, repairs are on us. If a product cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement if the product is still available. If the product is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. For leather goods, this includes but is not limited to: marks, scratches, or softening of the leather.
